It makes you aware of what is going on with the system. There are many organizations that want people with mental health issues to fit into their mental health plans and not everybody finds MH plans helpful. On the other hand, they expect people with learning differences to fill out many forms that they don’t understand because they have not ben designed for people with learning difficulties. One size does not fit everybody. There is so much pressure to produce numbers (how many people we get out of the program) that it creates anxiety and mental health issues in workers. The system really needs changes soon.
